Ocotillo Homes & Neighborhoods
Built for homes reaching their first real remodel.
Most of Ocotillo is on its first remodel, not its second, and that is good news for you. Nobody has been in here before us doing something strange. The plumbing is where the plans say it is. The wiring meets a standard that still makes sense. The structure was built well enough that opening a wall is usually a design decision and not a structural argument. So while we will not price your house off the community name, once we have walked it we can plan tightly and hold the number we give you.
What is dated in an Ocotillo home is the finish level, and finishes are a clean thing to fix. Builder-grade cabinetry. A counter material that has had its decade. A bathroom laid out to hit a price point instead of to be used. Those are the exact projects we do most, and they are satisfying because the bones underneath them are sound.
Then there are the lots. A good share of Ocotillo homes back onto water or onto the golf course, and several enclaves are gated. Neither changes what we build. Both change how we get to it. A house backing onto a lake often has no straight path from the street to the rear, which moves where we stage material and how demolition leaves the property. Gated enclaves need crew and delivery access arranged in advance. We settle all of that before day one instead of improvising in your driveway.
Ocotillo is governed by a community association too, so if your project changes anything visible from outside, expect an approval step ahead of the build. We confirm what yours needs at the consultation and get it moving early.
